Check the auto-renewal box & confirm
You will see a checkbox to confirm your subscription. Check it, review your delivery schedule and price, then complete checkout as normal.

Your first order ships with 5% off. From your second order onward, you get 15% off every time. No coupon codes needed.
Get an email reminder 3 days before every charge
COCOJOJO sends a reminder before we charge your card, so you can review the upcoming subscription order.
Managing Your Subscription
Change frequency or quantity
Log in > My Subscriptions > update anytime. Changes must be made at least 30 days before your next order date.
Skip or pause a delivery
Need to pause? Log in > My Subscriptions > Skip or Pause. Make the change at least 30 days before your next order.
Cancel anytime - no fees
Log in > My Subscriptions > Cancel. You can also email [email protected]. Cancel at least 30 days before your next scheduled order to avoid that charge.

If you cancel & re-subscribe
Your discount restarts at 5%, and the subscription loyalty tier resets each time.
Stacking discounts

1. Automatic recurring orders
When you select Subscribe & Save and complete checkout, you authorize COCOJOJO to create recurring orders for the selected product at the frequency you choose. Your subscription continues until it is cancelled.
2. Discounts and eligibility
Qualifying subscriptions receive 5% off the first subscription order and 15% off eligible recurring subscription orders after that. Discounts apply only to qualifying products and may not be combined with other promotions, coupon codes, or sale offers unless COCOJOJO states otherwise.
3. Shipping and taxes
Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. subscription orders over $89 before taxes and after discounts. Eligible subscription orders under $89 ship at a $7 flat shipping rate. Taxes, shipping limits, and destination restrictions may apply.
4. Payment authorization
By checking the subscription acceptance box and placing the order, you authorize COCOJOJO and its payment processor to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring subscription order, including product price, shipping, taxes, and other applicable charges.
5. Reminders before charges
COCOJOJO sends an email reminder 3 days before each scheduled subscription charge when a valid email address is available. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information current.
6. Changes, skips, pauses, and cancellation
You may change frequency, update quantity, skip, pause, or cancel through My Subscriptions or by contacting [email protected]. To avoid the next scheduled charge, changes or cancellations must be completed at least 30 days before the next order date.
7. Product, price, and program changes
Product availability, pricing, subscription eligibility, shipping rates, and discount terms may change. COCOJOJO may modify, suspend, or end the Subscribe & Save program where permitted by law.
8. Customer account
A customer account may be required to manage subscriptions, view upcoming orders, update payment details, and cancel recurring deliveries.
