How do I earn points?
Earn 5 points for every eligible retail dollar after discounts, rounded down once per order. Tax, shipping, wholesale products, and reward items do not earn points. Points appear after payment is confirmed.
How do discount rewards work?
Claim $5 off for 500 points or $10 off for 1,000 points, then select your claim at checkout on an order with at least $30 of eligible retail merchandise before the reward discount. Each discount is available once per account, cannot combine with a coupon, and applies to one paid, one-time order. Your eligible spend after the reward discount earns points.
Can I cancel a reward?
You can cancel an unused claim once it is no longer attached to an active payment session. Eligible points are returned under their original expiry rules. If you cancel an unused discount reward, you may claim it again. Failed payments leave rewards available once the payment session is safely closed.
What happens after a refund?
Refunded purchases reverse earned points in proportion to the refunded order payment. If those points were already spent, future earnings cover the shortfall. A used discount reward and its spent points are not returned or reissued after a full or partial refund. Refunds return only money actually paid.
Do points or claims expire?
Points earned after the program update expire after 12 months; earlier balances do not expire. We spend the soonest-expiring points first. Pending claims have no separate expiry deadline. Points that expired while in a claim are not returned on cancellation.
Which product size will I receive?
Each reward shows its exact size or option. That choice is saved when you claim it. Select the claim during a paid retail checkout; if it becomes unavailable, it remains visible and you can cancel it.
Points have no cash value. Rewards are subject to availability and the rules shown above. Product claims accompany a paid, one-time retail order. Existing balances are preserved.
