Pure Hemp Seed Oil
Uses
- Face and Body Cream
Add up to 8 drops of an essential oils blend to 1 oz of pure lotion or cream. Mix well before use. Alternatively, you can mix 5 drops of essential oils with ½ oz of Cocojojo Jojoba oil or Argan carrier oil. - Inhalation and Face Steaming
Add 3-5 drops of an essential oils blend to a bowl of steaming water and stir. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapor for up to 10 minutes. Repeat several times a day if necessary. - Body Bath
Run a warm bath and add 5-10 drops of an essential oils blend. Stir gently and immerse yourself for about 30 minutes to relax. The essential oils will penetrate your skin as you soak. Avoid adding extra essential oils as a top-up. - Foot Bath
When your feet are tired, fill a bowl with warm water and add 2-3 drops of essential oils. Stir gently and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Use a blending ratio of 10 drops of essential oil per gallon of water.

First, identify your skin type to help narrow down your selection of carrier oils, as they vary in consistency, absorption, aroma, and shelf life. You can blend carrier oils to change or combine their properties for customized benefits. For normal skin, try light oils like Hempseed, Coconut, Grapeseed, or Sweet Almond. Oily skin benefits from Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, Apricot, Jojoba, or Hempseed oils, while dry skin responds well to Avocado, Sweet Almond, Olive, or Rosehip oils. Sensitive skin suits Jojoba, Sweet Almond, or Apricot oils, and mature skin benefits from Jojoba, Avocado, Apricot, Sesame, or Rosehip oils. You can also mix it with our Emu Massage Oil for enhanced results.
