When you place an order with COCOJOJO, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. You may also visit our website and log into your account to see your tracking number after that the products has been shipped.
Your order will be shipped via US Post Office with a tracking number to the shipping address given by you related to your order and when they deliver to you it will be marked on the US Post Office web page ( DELIVERED ) which is considered as a delivery confirmation and at that point our responsibility ends .
If you need to add a signature confirmation please send us a note when you place your order and signature confirmation will be added for free upon your request.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us within 30 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we cannot fix the problem, we’ll send you a RML code to return your items.We do not accept phone call you have to send an email to email@example.com.
- Please ship the products UNUSED and in the original packaging to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice.
