Shipping & Return Policy
We understand that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers, our goal is to ship all orders within 2-4 days. Whenever an extended delay is expected and not limited to a certain amount of days in shipping your package due to heavy volume of orders.
Shipping is billed at a flat rate per product and calculated at checkout.
When you place an order with COCOJOJO, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email [email protected]. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. You may also visit our website and log into your account to see your tracking number after that the products has been shipped.
Your order will be shipped via US Post Office with a tracking number to the shipping address given by you related to your order and when they deliver to you it will be marked on the US Post Office web page (DELIVERED) which is considered as a delivery confirmation and at that point our responsibility ends.
If you need to add a signature confirmation please send us a note when you place your order and signature confirmation will be added for free upon your request. On orders $600 or more, signature confirmation will be applied automatically.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us within 30 days at [email protected]. If we cannot fix the problem, we’ll send you a RML code to return your items. We do not offer a free return shipping label under any circumstances. Please send an email to [email protected].
- Please ship the products UNUSED and in the original packaging to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice.
- All pieces of the kit (including the free gifts) must be included with your return to receive a refund.
- Please include your full name and order number and RML code.

You will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving your parcel after reducing the restocking fees. Be sure you want to purchase the item(s) before placing the order. Feverous orders delay other customer orders and cost us time and materials running up prices.
Can I make changes to my online order?
Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.
The Company reserves its rights to cancel any order at its sole discretion by reimbursing the sums paid by the Client.
- Items that are used, damaged or abused
- Items that are missing parts
- Non-defective special orders.
Returned items are subject to 15% of the total amount as restocking fees. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is issued.
Does CocoJojo deliver internationally?
CocoJojo deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We hold the right to cancel any order.
We encourage potential buyers to request and review the necessary documentation we have available before placing an order. If our documentation does not meet the specific requirements they are looking for, we advise against making the purchase.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The user accepts that any claim or dispute against them related to the payment of fees for COCOJOJO LLC service usage fall within the exclusive remit of the Court of Santa Ana in California.
