Method
Phase A
Mix the cocojojo serum base and propelyne glycol together.
Phase B
In a separate clean container mix water, AA2G stable vitamin C, urea, D-panthenol powder and vitamin B-3 powder.
Slowly stir phase A. While maintaining slow stirring, add Phase B to Phase A mixture and continue stirring slowly for 5-7 minutes.
Phase C
Then you add the hexelyne glycol to the mixture, maintain a small stirring speed.
