Hazelnut oil is extracted from the almonds of Corylus avellana (hazel) Oil is excellent for preventing cardiovascular diseases, cholesterol and high blood pressure, this is due to the omega 3 that contains oil in abundance.
Corylus avellana (hazelnut) is a common shrub in many French forests.
Its presence makes it possible to appreciate hazelnut oil from antiquity, some even evoke the culture and use of hazelnuts in the Bronze Age.
A composition rich in vegetable fats, the oil has in its components an extremely rich rate of omega 3 valuable for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and to reduce bad cholesterol.
In a recent study, it was shown that the hazelnut oil taken regularly could reduce the level of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.
Hazelnut oil is antioxidant, it fights free radicals thanks to the strong presence of vitamin E in its composition.

HOW IS IT MADE?
A good hazelnut oil is extracted by mechanical cold pressing, thanks to this method, the hazelnut oil retains all its organoleptic properties. Its flavor is extremely pleasant with a delicately fruity aftertaste. The oil is amber in color and is considered a light oil, its use can be used both for food purposes and for the preparation of natural cosmetics.
