Black Castor Oil 100 % Pure Jamaican Organic Refined- Grade A, which means it’s going to have no odor and a much lighter color. This product is also know as Jamaican Black Castor Oil (JBCO), called so because of the region it originates from.
Castor Black and Unrefined Oil, also commonly called “Jamaican Black Oil,” is unique oil extracted from the seeds found in the Castor plant, which is botanically known as Ricinus communis. The Castor Black Oil is referred to as black because the ashes gotten from the roasted seeds of the Castor plants are added into the oil. This act of adding the roasted ash seed was introduced by the Jamaicans, and since then; it became known as the Jamaica Black Castor Oil (JBCO.) The Black Castor oil contains some wonderful medicinal advantages for the human skin and hair.

The making process
The unrefined Black Castor Oil is extracted by first roasting and grinding the seed of the Castor plant with the aid of a manual grinder. After the first process, the bean-like seeds are crushed and boiled to extract the 100% excellent and unique, black organic oil.
