    Ingredients

    Pure Natural Frankincense Oil

    Uses

    • Face and body Care
      Face and Body Cream – Add up to 8 drops of essential oils blend to 1 Oz of pure lotion or cream mix well and use. You can also mix 5 drops of essential oils drop to ½ Oz of Cocojojo Jojoba oil or Argan carrier oil 
    • Inhalation and Face Steaming
      Add 3-5 drops of essential oils blend to a bowl of steaming water and agitate. Cover head with a towel and inhale vapor of the essential oils blend for up to 10 minutes. Repeat several times a day if necessary.
    • Body Bath
      Body Bath – run a warm bath, add 5 – 10 drops of essential oils blend and stir gently. Immerse yourself for about 30 minutes or more and relax. The essential oil will penetrate your skin and as you relax in the warm water. Do not add extra essential oils as a top up.
    • Foot Bath
      Foot Bath – When your feet are tired get a bowl full of warm water, add 2-3 drops of essential oils, stir gently and relax your feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Blending ratio – 10 drops of essential oil to (1 Gallon).

    How to

    1. For Skincare: Dilute 2-3 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil with a carrier oil such as jojoba or coconut oil. Apply it gently to your face and neck to promote hydration, skin rejuvenation, and overall skin health.
    2. For Hair Care: Add a few drops of Frankincense Essential Oil to your shampoo or mix with a carrier oil for a scalp massage. Massage it into your scalp to encourage hair growth and soothe dryness. Leave on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing.
    3. Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser or inhale directly from the bottle to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support respiratory health.
    4. For Relaxation: Mix a few drops of Frankincense Essential Oil into a warm bath or apply to your temples and neck to help ease tension and promote calmness.

    Always dilute essential oils before applying them to the skin, and perform a patch test to ensure no irritation occurs.
